Roman Galstyan


Roman is a master at drawing decorative designs, tailored to our customer’s requests. He then takes the design and sculpts it into a beautiful piece of art, the first step in the architecture of metalwork.

Roman was born in 1959 in Yerevan, Armenia. After High School, he graduated from the Technical Institute of Art in Yerevan. He then attended and graduated from the University of Art in Moscow, Russia. In 1990, Roma moved to the United States and now owns his own sculpting studio.

Some of his designs and creations include the following:

Monument for Heroes of WWII for 40th Anniversary (12' X 30') - 1985
Bust Statue of National Hero of Armenian Njdeh (10' in height) - 1990
Family Gerbe for Hockey Player - Gretsky - 1993
Limestone Fountain of Lady for the American Show House in Japan (6' in height) - 1996
Family Gerbe for Michael Jackson - 1999
Created Fish Fountain for Burbank City Hall - 2001
Designed and Created Award for the Annual Armenian Dance Festival - "Dancing Lady"
