Lost wax casting dates back to thousands of years B.C. in cultures all over the world like China, Egypt, India, Africa and Greece.
Their castings have endured through time, retaining their beauty and telling the tales of civilizations long gone.

Processing Steps

Two sketches made by Roma to send to client to verify the style, shape,and size
of the product to be modeled and cast to create the alligator door handles.

The gators are then created in clay after the final approval of the sketches.
These clay models are used to create the wax models for the molds.
The wax models are used to create the final molds for the metal.
They have to be very detailed in order to create the desired effect
in the finished product.


Once the metal has been cast, it is finished to the customers specifications.
